In light and love and letting go
my head is clear,
my eyelids are heavy,
my headache goes away.
I’m lying on a soft bed
of roses, I smell a
sweet inhalation
which flows beneath the skin,
relaxing the fascia and subtle tissues.
Nothing is heavy,
I am whole I am safe,
on my own with integrity,
a mothering presence to myself.
